	Huge Arena (Over 1/4 mile circumference)
	60 foot Round pen (March 2007)

Stalls available to trainers - rental basis with priority for year round renters. Water and electricity available at each barn. Hot Walker hookups. Trailer sites available.

Future Development - Purchase a home site or a pre built property with track access. 5- 10 acre sites.
